We will gladly process your return or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. We know sometimes things unfortunately just don't work out! To begin the return or exchange process, please email hello@welovedearly.com with your order number and information about what you would like to return or exchange.

 For all returns and exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must take place no more than 30 days after the initial purchase
  • The item should be unused and in the same condition as when it was purchased with the original packaging
  • Items with defects, flaws, or other issues will be reviewed on a one-off basis
  • Sale items are final sale
  • Pacifiers, teethers, and bottles are final sale
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only the original payment method may be refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@welovedearly.com.

 Exchanges / Store Credit

If you would like to make an exchange or receive a store credit, send us an email at hello@welovedearly.com to begin the exchange process.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be issued your store credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a store credit may be available. Please email hello@welovedearly.com.
